There is THE BEST SCHÄUFALA in all of Franconia! We tested so many, but nowhere was the crust so crisp, the meat so tender and the quality so great! All other dishes were also delicious. The staff was friendly & courteous.

Very nice cozy restaurant. Great food, great service, very friendly staff. I go there once a year and would even go on private vacation. Rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. I can only recommend it!

The beer garden is nice, the food is not good! The veal cream roast was mediocre, the savoy cabbage served with it was absolutely bad and inedible, the side salad for the schnitzel was very very little ... and I would not like to go into detail about cleanliness and hygiene in the toilets (especially in these times)! Just so much that the first visit to the toilet should be the last visit !!! Who often cooks himself and attaches importance to quality should not visit this place !!!

I can only recommend: going out to eat, waking up or spending a week. Don't look any further! They are always super nice, polite and everything is clean. The rooms are beautiful and the food is excellent. You are always there for one, and often meals are already prepared for us that is no longer on the menu. Thank you thank you. Deserve more than 5 stars.

Nice place but lousy service. Nobody brought a menu so we went inside to get one. Nobody came to take our order so went inside to order. And you guessed it, nobody came with the bill so we had to go inside to pay. Shame. There are lots of other places so pick another one!

Nice cozy stop if waiting for a train in Ebermannsadt. Better breweries in the surroundings but such is the fate of brewing in Franconia. Even really good beer gets four stars. Didn't get a chance to eat but food looked good.
